Problem with spidering

When I try to index site

I have this error with version 1.8.9-rc1 .
I don't have this problem with version 1.8.8.
This problem occurs of course with web interface.
I need 1.8.9 to index UTF sites.

I don't have any idea what's wrong and I don't know how to solve this problem, it's too little information, maybe there are information in php.core, but I don't know it's structure.

Any suggestions ??
