something like internal rating
 

for example:
on update page near the link make a button "make rating". it is some integer value.
so, when search script is starting - first pages (if they accepted by condition) will be pages which have the highest rating, then other else

but this rating is sending from search form and using to priority of some pages. Something like variable "path", but not necessarily, just to relevace
