Where am I going wrong?

Dumb question coming up. I installed 1.8.3 at the begining of the year with no problems, upgraded to 1.8.4 still okay, got the email yesterday and removed the prog from the server. I have now installed 1.8.5 and had no problems with the instalation but when I come to index www.animals-in-distress.net it just checks one page, I'm sure I'm doing something daft but I can't remember how I had it set to index the 540 pages on the site.

Indexing has changed (again!) with the new version. If you want to spider everything starting from the root, enter non-zero values for the search depth and links per.

I know, it's not the way older versions of phpdig worked, but that's the way it works for 1.8.5. :)
