hi - i want to search
Hi, I'd like to search the forums and therefor here's my first post.. ;/
I'd like to see the code more structured (read about the idea to put it into classes). A feature I'm missing is that phpdig sends a referrer with its request, that would be the page it found the link in. |
Welcome to the forum, blueyed. :D
There has been some definite interest among the forum members in getting phpdig rewritten as object oriented code, but that would be up to Charter as to whether it was done. The referrer request sounds like a good idea to me. I've moved your thread to the Mod Requests forum so that these can be given some consideration for a future release. :) |
It shouldn't be that difficult to send a referer, but the code makes it quite hard to hack this in, without spending too much time with searching.
This would help a lot for "URI not found" errors if you would know where PhpDig found the link. |
