How do I remove deleted files?
 

I had to make changes to my websites structure.
I renamed alot of files and folders.
I tried doing an update on the parent folders.
example:
/el_salvador/elsavlvador1.htm
changed to
/el_salvador/el_salvador1.htm

I am still showing the old elsalvador1.htm link in results and spider is not finding new pages

any suggestions?

Doing an update should get rid of obsolete links. However, if you find that it doesn't, I'd empty out all the tables and then re-spider.

Perfect ... that is what I did
I am a little impatient and still intimidated by the whole mysql/php thing.
I am reading books on it and trying out things on my server but for the most part ... I am still worried I will "break it".
