Re-indexing with crontab

My host doesn't allow me to run "php" from crontab.
I have some other scripts too, and I've solved the problem by using "wget" on the URL's.

The problem is that when I use wget on spider.php it get's the login-page.

Any way around this?

Hi. Do you mean it gets the PhpDig login page? If so, you could set the following in the config.php file, but if you do, then PhpDig would not be protected:

I know that's a possibility.
I could do that, and the protect it by .htaccess (username:password@site.com/search/admin/spider.php)
