Can't write connexion template

This seems to be an ongoing issue (after searching the forums here), and I can't solve it: what is the solution to the "Can't write connexion template" error in the administration panel when trying to set myql database parameters?

I have 755 permissions on _connect.php. The documentation section on "_connect.php versus connect.php" is not clear; connect.php is not in the distribution, while changing _connect.php to connect.php doesn't work as then I get a "not found" error.

I'm doing a new install; I have mysql access and have set databse name, user, etc.

Any ideas?

Seems like PhpDig is a good engine, and I'd like to get it to work......

hah!

Figured it out. Permissions need to be 777, not 755. Just confused....

Good for you. Its always feels much good when one solves a problem himself.
