Hi - I'm trying to index my site, but no luck. It's hosted on Linux using Apache 2.

I _CAN_ index the site from my local host, so it's not a ROBOT.txt issue. I've also checked the CHMOD - all the correct directories are set to 777.

Any thoughts? I'm real stuck :(

I'm confused as to what you're trying to do. You say you can index from your local host, so are you having problems with a cron job or what?

Sorry - that wasn't clear!

I can't index from localhost, but I have a nother server set up at home with a phpdig, which can index the site ok.

I just transferred the database output, but that's far from ideal

I have seen some different problem when using loopback (localhost) as website address.
Try using the real address, even if phpdig is running on the same computer.

Yeah - I tried that - no luck :(
