Has anyone gotten these to work together? Everytime I try I get the following:

Hi it would appear that when I tried to visit your website using my browser it asked for password authentication before it allows a visitor to see the site.
Even dropping back to the main page http://wiki.automagical.net it still asked for a password?
It seems odd to password protect the front page because any webspider visiting would have a problem getting in, I have just checked your websites backlinks and it doesn't have any, so I would suggest that you review your websites design, all the engines I just checked using my backlink checking software didn't find any, so it appears that no webspiders from any other search engine can get into it to index it.
This may be as simple as changing the Chmod settings using FTP software to enable it to be visited and found.
I hope this helps you find what is wrong, it doesn't appear to be a PHPDIG related issue.

I got it working, but should it take a long time? It's been running for like an hour and it's a really small site...

An hour seems like a longtime.
It may be the server your connecting to that is slow.
I have indexed around twelve thousand websites and the speed of indexing does change depending on the server it's digging into but I would doubt if it should be taking that length of time.
I will put my webspider into the site just to check it's latency from New Zealand where I am based it may show up something.

I just checked it out from this end and it appears to have not refreshed itself as it is still trying to get a password.
Apache/2.0.54 (Win32) PHP/5.0.5 SVN/1.2.3 DAV/2 Server at wiki.automagical.net Port 80
So it may need the server to be reset to update the changes. If you have access to a hosting managent controller or maybe use SSH to get connection and reset the server which should cure the problem, failing that give it a while to update its self.
