See the changelog (http://www.phpdig.net/info/changelog.txt) for details. There are no database/table changes with these releases. To upgrade, simply FTP the PHP files, overwriting the old files, except for the connect.php and _connect.php files, reconfigure the config.php file, and you're good to go.
