New translation (to catalan): ca-language (1.8.5)

Hi:

New language available for phpdig-1.8.5 (updated strings to 1.8.5): Catalan language (spoken in Catalonia, inside Spanish State, and in ****rra, "the country of the Pirenees" :-)

Btw, now phpdig is working fine again for my site, also (1.8.6)! :banana:
(and in Catalan :rolleyes: )

Thanks Xavi, your language file is now included in the PhpDig v.1.8.6 package. As there were no language changes between v.1.8.5 and v.1.8.6, your language file will work with v.1.8.6 too.
