Hey!

just saying hello here. I'm having difficulties getting phpDig to spider some (no all! :S ) Word docs on my website, so I'm immediately off to (hopefully) the right category :)

But before I start talking about my more or less negative experiences: love phpDig. Out of the box (well nearly) spidering my intranet website is not bad! Haven't used any other tools which are capable of doing so! Keep up the good work! Now, lets see if this forum is the place to be when having problems ;)

I haven't spidered anything but HTML pages for my site, so I'm afraid I can't help you with any Word document issues.

Regarding forum support, there is no guarantee that someone will have an answer to any partiular problem. However, I very seldom see a thread here that goes without someone at least attempting to help. Making sure you're as clear and specific about any problem as you can be will increase the chance of getting it solved.
